Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of product quality, price, and physical evidence
variables on customer satisfaction at Warung Mbok Endang’s culinary business in Tenggarong Seberang. The
population in this research consisted of consumers who made purchases at Warung Mbok Endang in Tenggarong
Seberang. was taken from consumer buyers at Warung Mbok Endang in Tenggarong Seberang for a week as many
as 280 people. The sample of this study was 74 people. The sampling technique used is limited population. This
study uses multiple linear regression data analysis tools using spps software.The results of this study show that
the first hypothesis, "the variables of product quality, price, and physical evidence simultaneously affect consumer
satisfaction," is accepted. The second hypothesis, that "the product quality variable partially affects consumer
satisfaction," is accepted. The third hypothesis, "the price variable partially affects consumer satisfaction," is
accepted. The fourth hypothesis, that "the physical evidence variable partially affects consumer satisfaction," is
accepted. In this study, it was observed that the coefficient value of the price variable has the most dominant effect
on consumer satisfaction, so the fifth hypothesis, "product quality has the most dominant effect on consumer
satisfaction," is rejected.
